These are not the ordinary mobile phone sensors. Sensor has big pixel size assuring very good signal in contrast to small pixel size of mobile phone sensors of around same megapixel resolution. Dark noise in mobile phone sensors is higher. S/N ratio in mobile phones is small and they have narrow dynamic range. There is no such sensor in any mobile phone till this date.
Lens selection is important when it comes to large numbers of pixels. Generally, a lens as small as a cell phone cannot resolve mega pixels.
On the other hand, with our APSH format, there are many full-frame lenses on the market.
