In comparison to the mobile phone sensors. Sensor has HDR capacity with big pixel size assuring very good signal in contrast to small pixel size of mobile phone sensors of same megapixel resolution. Dark noise in mobile phone sensors is higher. S/N ratio in mobile phones is small and they have narrow dynamic range.
Lens selection is important when it comes to large numbers of pixels. Generally, a lens as small as a cell phone lens cannot resolve pixels.
